The firm also undertakes contract management, which includes planned and preventative maintenance, conversion and adaptation works. Moreover, it provides EPCs, retrofit advice, and expert witness services.

Louise is a chartered surveyor, founder and Managing Director of Avery & Co. She qualified in 1990 and spent many years working for Halifax as a valuer before setting up Avery & Co in 2004 as a consultant valuer for Halifax. Ian is Sales Director at Surventrix and has over 25 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Ian has a personal approach and having spent 15 years practising within the residential market via his firm Carpenter Surveyors.

He has developed expert knowledge and understanding covering a range of property types, from a 16th Century Listed building to a traditional Victorian terraced right through to the modern methods of construction used in today’s market.
